This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of the smartinspectorpro.app website operated by Gladki Development LLC ("Gladki Development", "we", "our", "us"). It describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you visit this website or join our waitlist through it.

This policy covers the smartinspectorpro.app website only. It does not cover the Smart Inspector Pro mobile application, which is still in development. Once the app is released, it will have its own privacy policy provided within the app itself, which may differ from this website policy.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist on this website, we collect:

• Name: Optional, used to address you by name if provided.
• Email address: Required, used solely to notify you about Smart Inspector Pro's launch and related updates. We set it as the reply-to address on the message we receive — we do not store it in a separate marketing database.
• Role: Optional selection (e.g. independent inspector, small inspection business) used to understand our early audience.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any information beyond what you voluntarily submit in the waitlist form.

• Usage data: We use a first-party, cookie-free analytics beacon to record the page you visited and the referring URL (e.g. the search engine or site that linked to us). We do not collect your IP address, assign you a tracking identifier, or use any third-party analytics service. Standard web server and CDN logs may also record basic technical details for security and operational purposes.

When you join the waitlist, your submission is transmitted through Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure — specifically AWS Lambda and Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) — to deliver your signup to our inbox. AWS processes this data solely to route the message and does not retain or use it for any other purpose.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

5. Data retention

We retain waitlist signup information only as long as necessary to notify you about launch and related updates. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect information you share with us, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Third-party links

Our website links to Gladki Development LLC's main site and, in the future, will link to app store listings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
